2. We promise that you will be greeted by a friendly staff member who will be able to assist you in body modification choices, healing information or jewelry selection.

3. We promise that our body jewelry is of the highest quality and has been fully inspected to make sure it is perfect. If there is any manufacturer's defect or flaw we will replace it no questions. Wear from use is not a defect.

4. We promise to beat any of our competitors prices on body jewelry. Simply tell us where and what price and we will beat it.

5. We promise to be a proactive member of the body modification community. We will sterilize your body jewelry for free even if purchased somewhere else.
